Pre-Registration Form
This is the first step towards registering your child for an upcoming class. When you fill out and submit this form, we will contact you via email, either confirming that there is room in the class and placing your child on the roster, or letting you know that the class is full and placing your child on the wait-list. If you have email confirmation that your child is on the roster, please proceed with registration.

Final Registration Form
Please proceed with registration ONLY if you have confirmation that your child is on the roster.
Final Registration will require payment online (PayPal or Credit Card accepted) or by mailing a check to Science Kids, 1081 Airport Rd, Sheridan, WY, 82801. From the time of pre-registration, you will have ten days to complete registration and pay in full to keep his/her spot in a class.
